I'm getting a serious feeling this may be the best guitar I've ever played... And like I said elsewhere, I'm not even that keen on Les Pauls but ooooft there's something seriously happening with this guitar. Actually doesn't feel like I'm even playing s guitar, just feels like I'm playing? Or am I honeymooned out ma nut?

With a good Gibson reissue that fits, what you have explained is just the way they are. Superb guitars, yours is lovely, and I'm glad it worked out for you

A lovely cherry burst on that one. When you get a good Gibson reissue, they tend to be really good.

Not at all. Ive had about 20 LPs from late 60s to custom shop, all gone. I recently got a 2000 standard thats battered half to death and It feels better than any of the old ones.

I'm glad you backed me up on that, I was lying to myself because I wanted to like it for a moment but no, it's actually awesome. Feels transparent
