Music creation or music consumption?

I leave my NAS box (from which I stream my music) on all the time.

It goes into standby after a shortish period if not being used, and wakes as soon as needed.

Once upon a time my surfing PC claimed it had lost its lithium battery and kept forgetting the time & date, so I left it permanently powered up. It doesn't do that any more, so when I remember, I switch it off.

Yes at work, no at home. I use my home PC pretty much just for gaming anyway so there's no point in wasting electricity.
