Logic Pro X 10.0.2

Anyone got the latest version is Logic Pro X?  It has Alchemy synth and it sounds amazing.  Way better than the older synth sounds and very tweakable.  Loads of other features too but the Alchemy sounds great.

This is Boss GT-001 as a midi converter playing into the Alchemy synth.  Tracking isn't 100% but useable if you play slow enough and, because it's midi, you can change tempo easy and quantitise.

I'm still using Logic 8 because the newer versions won't run on my "antique" Macbook, and I've been holding off buying a new Mac for years.

Ahhh I've never used 8 but I can't imagine life without 10.  So much good stuff on there.  Loads of new loops too.

Don't want to upgrade as I'm midway through a project right now, but it looks a great update.

So i have this in the studio at the moment which is mostly digital running a mackie D8b fully loaded, running 24 channels of digital from digidesign and focusrite.  I love it never have looked back from my move away from cubase years ago.

The latest version is strong contender against digidesign which i have owned (still do) and MOTU, but avid appear to be starting a fight back i have seen there is a new free digidesign DAW coming soon.

I jsut saw that Logic had a new version, I had no idea... 2 updates in 6 months, so please Apple are taking the product seriously  Something to download tonight me thinks!

my version of Logic is 10.0.7
