    Pete, the blurb on the MXR site says:

    "MXR A/B Box allows you to deliver your instrument's signal to two separated output. Use it to select different amps or to use both at the same time with different effects. Use the Thru output to connect a tuner, an amplifier, or any device which needs to receive the signal always."

    So, yup - A/B and A+B :)
