Great vibe from this 35 year old vintage Tokai, I replaced the neck a couple of years ago with a stunning Mark Jennings (MJT, USA) nicely flamed with vintage nitro finish, rosewood board, nice tight fit in the neck pocket that didn't require any work. I did have the MJT neck refretted with medium jumbos (my preference) by top luthier, so good for many years to come. The original neck (supplied) is very nice but I couldn't get the action low enough for me, it has a very slight kick around the 12th fret. Comes with correct period gig bag, probably original. Apart from the current fitted neck and the upgraded jack socket , everything else is stock. Never felt the need to upgrade the pick ups as I was very happy with the sound. In short a great playing and sounding custom Telecaster with vintage mojo.

Its a very comfortable medium 'C'
