    Don't know, but it has been up a few times, and it sold in August Here - so maybe it came back?

    What's concern? Def looks like EJ neck and they are pretty lacquered so can understand why someone may have wanted to sand. Also I know the original pickups weren't everyone cup of tea, mine has got BK's. If changed the scratch plate back not a bad guitar though I love neck on mine , never would sand it!

    I took an impulsive punt on this back in August. There was no mention of the sanding or replaced pickups at the time.

    I basically won it for 600, then I received an email later that day saying he'd promised it to his mate earlier that day. Classic. So I obviously didn't pay and I was a bit relieved actually so I didn't complain. I assumed he'd hoped for more for it.

    It is a strange one.

    No, wouldn't touch that without seeing more detailed pics. Neck off etc.

    There was somebody trying to flog a vintage refin on here recently, disappeared after being asked for certain pics. 
    I wasn't surprised.
