When I was ill, I developed a paranoia that my wife would not tell my friends I was dead and not bother with a funeral but backhand the binmen to take me away in a black bag. For some reason it mattered. Think I'm over it now, but only because I was able to think it through. Now I've put a poison pill in my will, £2k for a wake :-)
