SORTED: Telecaster w/ Maple Neck

Title's a bit vague, I know...

But I'm just after a basic Telecaster with an all maple neck.
Not arsed about the colour, but has to be maple. Not really fancying rosewood.
Condition isn't important either, as long as it all works as it should.

No humbuckers in the bridge position either - wanting that classic Tele bridge pickup.
Not too fussed if there's a humbucker in the neck position.. could work with that.

Budget up to around £200 I guess..
The closer to Wigan/Manchester the better.
Unless you're willing to ship, of course.
