free flac to mp3 convertor

I use this script called flac2mp3 which produces a parallel library of your flacs, with the same directory structure, but in mp3.

Failing that, does the free version of Mediamonkey not do flac to mp3 conversion?

I'll be interested to see what others recommend....

i set them up with vbr and everything at max quality.
hopefully it gets most tags it needs online automatically, but i always use mp3tag afterwards as well to tidy them up:
