No problem, mate. I think there were a lot of similarities between the Shootouts and The Smokeburst series - gloss nitro being one of them, as I recall.

I know Sound Affects in Ormskirk have had a couple of nice McCartys (used and new) passing through of late - might be worth giving them a call. No affiliation other than having bought and sold there and found them to be extremely helpful and decent guys:

I was in there last week, and I'm sure I saw a McCarty - used, older model, moon inlays, for around (possibly even sub) 1k.

Also, Frank @ Frailers has one which has been sitting a while (his customer base really aren't PRS inclined, so doesn't mean it's a dog at all). Might be open to getting rid at a good price?

I've played that guitar - it's from the same run as mine.
