    Might be better under 'amps' ;)

    Can highly recommend a Blackstar HT1 or HT5 for that kind of money. I had an HT1 as my first 'proper' valve amp and it was great!
    Sarcasm is often hard to detect in writing. If in doubt - yes, I was taking the piss.

    Ampmaker SE- 5a head - single ended, 5w, hand wired (no PCBs here) 12ax7 preamp valve and EL84 power. Has separate gain and master controls, plus treble / middle / bass controls. No effects loop. Has 16 and 8 Ohm outputs.

    Has silver front panel and is housed in a marshall style head sleeve.
