If you use Pro Tools, then yes - the new cabs alone are worth the upgrade, and the parametric EQ is excellent. Assuming, of course, that the implementation is identical to the expansion pack for the Eleven Rack.

I still maintain that the Eleven Rack is some of the best-sounding modelling you can get in hardware. It might not be 100% faithful to the original amps in comparison to the newer Kemper and Fractal gear, but you can get some astonishingly good tones out of it.
