Small change to forum structure

For anyone that looks at the forum categories (rather than, eg just through "recent discussions"), you might have noticed that I've just made a couple of small changes.

What was called "Index & FAQs" is now renamed to Start Here!" with sub categories titled "New Members" and "FAQs".

Hopefully New Members will take a look in there when the join-up and read through the threads that should be helpful to new members - how to post pics, the rules, the "introduce yourself" thread, etc.

The FAQs section should develop into a quick-index to some of the important/useful/reference threads in each section.  I'll maintain the lists, but I'd be grateful for suggestions of what should be included in the list for each of the sections.

I've also removed the stickied threads for the forum rules & forum behaviours from the Recent Discussions list.
