Few bits that I'm looking to shift today, not really needing much by way of trades but always worth a shout !

Soooo..

1. La Cab Body

Not entirely sure of who made this, bought it from a local guy up here in Glasgow who had designs on becoming the next MJT or Fano or similar who comissioned a UK builder to do him a load of necks & bodies, this being one of them.
Any it's nice as you can see it's a hair over 2kg

Not sure of the body wood to be honest but it's sanded ready for paint.
In the interests of full disclosure, and not lying there are a couple of things I feel compelled to highlight.

See these ? these are little fissure type splits in the end grain of the guitar down on the edge of the body at the 'butt' if you will ? I think they're stable, nothing major, like sub 1mm side type minor. Were I keeping it I think a spot of sawdust & glue would do it

Neck pocket

As my callipers show this is a hair over the standard 56mm. In fact I'm calling it at 56.5mm, again no killer but unless you want that real CBS era wobbly neck fit vibe you'd probably want to address that. I figure the options are to either do a solid colour finish on it and let it build up on the insides of the pocket a bit.
Or couple of wafer thin veneers glued in..
Or possibly buy a 57mm neck & either take that down a bit or take the neck pocket out a bit.
Or you could go and talk to Graham.. I know that he has a Tele neck with a 56.5mm heel in the pile. I was going to buy it until this current financial hiccup that is causing this sell off..

So yeah, a La Cab body in the inifinitely cooler single pickup config !

What we saying moneywise ?

As for postage & packing ? hmm well the other day those villainous gits at Parcelfarce ran me £12 to post a Tele body to Wales so there you go. That said I'm sure we can find a cheaper alternative down near the £8 mark so

2. Torty HSS Plate

does exactly what it says on the tin, it's nice, it just doesn't suit the colour I've ended up going with for this build so never even fitted to a guitar
Only thing to note is that it has single volume, single tone. I actually prefer this config as it moves the volume pot a bit further away !

3. SOLD Joe Barden Tele Bridge

Been fascinated by these ever since seeing on Danny Gatton's Tele in Guitarist all those years ago so bought one, took it out the package then slung it in the parts box where it's languished for all these years, never even been bolted to a guitar. I'm such a putz I really am.
Cavalierly discarded the packaging, do have the four screws in a little baggie

4. EBMM USA  Sterling Pickguard

So, just to be clear this is off one of the earlier USA SUB models and it's off of the one that's based on the smaller bodied Sterling as opposed to the larger bodied Stingray. I know this because it's been swapped for one off of a full fat USA Sterling.

Single ply black.
