Anyone have experience of a custom order with Santa Cruz Guitars

Contemplating ordering a custom guitar from Santa Cruz through a UK dealer. Has anybody any experience doing this? What were you general views and any recommendations? Yes, as you might have seen from my other thread, I am looking to get the ultimate lifetime rosewood dread.
