FS : Behringer FCA-610 audio interface, Firewire and USB - Now Sold.

For Sale my Behringer FCA-610 audio interface which has both Firewire and USB connections so can be used with a Firewire enabled PC or Laptop as well as with Computers that only have USB on them.

Looking for £100 and buyer pays postage

Works really well for PC or MAC and there may be 3rd party Linux drivers out there, there was talk so not sure TBH.

It has 2 MIDAS combo inputs on the front with phantom power, low pass filter to eliminate any nasty sub frequencies, MIC/LINE switch and a pad for any really hot signals. There is also 2 MIDAS balanced TRS inputs too and is handy for keys or any other line level instruments.

It can be attached to a 7.1 system via the 8 output jacks or just a balanced TRS stereo pair for nearfield monitors or similar. As well as this there is an SPDIF I/O and ADAT I/O too so you can add a unit such as the Otcopre or Behringer’s own ADA8200 or earlier model to add 8 or more extra channels, in fact any ADAT unit should be able to talk to this unit.

It has only ever been used at home so in pretty good nick and working faultlessly. It has been great to use for both Pro Tools (10 or above) and Sonar with no problems. Others have used them with a range of DAWs too.

This is only going because I have replaced it with a combined audio I/F with a control surface to rationalise space and workflow.

It will come in the original box with all the gubbins including PSU, both a Firewire and USB cable. The PSU is unused because on Firewire it takes its power from the PC, needed for USB connection though.

All the free VSTs and software Behringer gave will be provided on a disc too along with the most current drivers. Note the unit is already at the most current firmware already so no need to do that.
