FIFA are idiots. They'd agree to Tasmania hosting the World Cup if they were bunged enough back-handers. Blatter would agree to them playing on the Moon.

A few points

1) FIFA are corrupt and awful. This is an objective, irrefutable fact.

2) First world coutries providing the opportunity of wealth to third world kids who would otherwise not have that degree of opportunity is far more important than the ingerland football side. Plenty of foreigners play in Spain. Spain are several orders of magnitude better than England.

3) Brazil will get the cheque book out.

4) At least Brazil is not Quatar.

5) Sepp Blatter should spend the rest of his life fetching Donkeys with dysentery. The world cup shoupd be played in places with decent teams. Quatars acheivements in football make Scotland look like Brazil...
