Ok bought an amp from Rose Morris a week ago. I just went for a look see in my lunch hour. I saw the amp I wanted and had a good experience with the sales guy who demonstrated well. The price was the same as the best on line , so left a deposit and picked up a couple of days later. Again helpful staff. Got home and found the amp didn't come with a kettle lead. Not RM fault but left a comment I could have been warned on a survey they sent. They contacted me to apologies and posted me a lead , then phoned to check if it turned up and was I happy with the amp ! Top marks RM
