You should be of a good standard with own gear and committed to a weekly practice with the intention of gigging once every 4-6 weeks. It's more about the music than making big bucks - we don't want to quit our day jobs! 

Currently we comprise of: 
- Two singers 
- Bassist 
- Two guitarists

Any luck? We had no bass player for 3 months in my last band and it was painful not playing - we ended up asking one of my mates to fill in just so we could play again!
