Thanks to all that have helped me with this over the past couple of months most appreciated
Gibson Early Patent number Humbucker (neck)

Appox 7kohms

Looks as though it may have had the maple battern replaced at some point but I don't know. So I'm thinking possibly re wound? I can see no other signs of repair and I don't know that it has been.

Everything else looks original, purple coil, white and black wires.

I came to own this by chance and so as something I have never had aspirations for, I'm opening it to offers trade what ever, I know they don't come up to often and they are quite saught after

What I will say If you offer me something I want though and I'm happy to let it go. It's not being appreciated,

I found it in a guitar that I bought and don't have much cash really tied up in it if someone offered me £350 I'd struggle to turn it down
