Pickup arrived from Spain, at last, I've had stuff from the States quicker! Anyroadup, anyone who gives a rats will notice I sprayed the head satin black as it seems to suit the vibe………not everyones cup-o-tea, but I achieved the look I wanted…..

All done sounds and plays great!………..

I didn't think this was quite my sort of thing at the start, but the finished item looks lovely!

Thanks Ax! I've deffo overdone the relicing and it might well get a respray, and a bit more subtle relic job, we'll see....I quite like it though...

You may have overdone the edge wear a bit but it suits the stripped down look. If you want to soften the impact a bit you could rub a bit of wood stain in. A walnut or dark oak stain would dirty up the bare wood nicely. Just on the body though, looks daft on maple
