Recommend me a nice finger style piece of music for a intermediate electric player.

I'm a fair electric player but relatively new to acoustic finger style playing. Can anyone recommend me a nice piece of music that's reasonably easy and sounds good.

    Sur Vesdre by Jacques Stotzem.
Fairly easy - just the getting the timing right in the middle section is the only thing watch out for.

Mother Love by Martin Simpson is nice, not difficult, and short, so it doesn't take a lot of learning.

  • Atkins style is great if u can master the art of playing with righthand independence, which is very different to normal finger style.

Clapton's Tears in Heaven is a nice option - I remember learning it for my GCSE music performance piece many years back!
