You will soon find yourself standing up, surrounded by a circle of seated, broken, dishevelled colleagues, saying "My name is Paul...and I'm....I'm a guitar builder...."  

You will hear murmurs of "That's the first step....admitting it to yourself" and when you sit down again, someone will pat you on the shoulder and say, "Well done mate...letting it out's never an easy thing to do"
