Ebony cracks on Jacksons too. It just does that with the climate.
I have two Warmoth necks, both are twisted. One I bought with a slight twist that got worse, the other developed it and I got new. They are not all that, only offer certain options and need fret finishing. I'd go with Allparts UK or Musikraft for something special or someone else personally and save your cash.
