Not bad actually, just oil, udon noodles and some cajun spice powder!

Probably should not of used oil that is a year out of date though.

    I love udon noodles, especially the chicken ginger ones you get at Wagamama's.

    The duck udon noodles at yo sushi are a favourite, along with the chilli squid and crispy fish skin rolls. Must get to yo sushi soon

    I love udon noodles but I kinda whish thye were even bigger? does anyone know any giant noodle types?
