Just for shits and giggles, here's a track recorded at a local studio back in 1988. I played guitar only and wrote all the tunes.

I used my 1981 Fender Telecaster Black 'n' Gold Deluxe through a BOSS BF-2 Flanger into a Peavey Studio Pro 40. Sadly I have none of these now.

Listening back I really like the guitar tone and flanger sound I was getting, after spending ages not really like the BOSS BF-2 because it didn't sound like And Summers' Electric Mistress I dialled in a sound that I thought was unique, not trying to copy anyone, with a slow shallow sweep with plenty of resonance.

I still have a BOSS BF-2 from 1982 (not the original one I had though)

The studio owner, Roger Gunkel engineered and produced and he added the delay and reverb which is quote tastefully done.

What do you reckon?

That's a single track and single take on the guitar
