Fun stuff to build with an NPN Germanium transistor?

So I'm putting together a Skreddy Screwdriver clone and I had to buy two germanium transistors in order to get one that was properly tested (I only need one for the Screwdriver)
What's a fun pedal to build with the other one? AC176K, NPN, HFE around 70, low leakage. Thinking of a Rangemaster-ish boost, but open to ideas...
