Wrap around bridges

If I want to replace a tune-o-matic to a wrap around

Can I simply reuse the current bridge hole positions?

(ps, Excuse the dumbass question, I'm really not sure on this stuff)

(pps, I know that it seems odd to replace from TOM to a wrap, but it's an old project guitar I fancy a change)

(ppps, I'll fill the remaining holes that it will leave)

No, I wanted to do the same thing last year, and you need to fill and drill the old holes.

Although if anyone knows an easier way, I am all ears.

if you are filling holes anyway, fill all of them and start again
