Switchcraft 380 jack plugs

What's Hot
Are these any good? They don't seem to have any kind of strain relief, but look nice and compact for going in to the back of a G2 ...

Red ones are better.

switchcraft stuff is awesome, you are right though... no strain relief. I'd put 2" of heat shrink over the plug to add some

Cool, so if I were getting some of this stuff :

what size would I use? Planning to use Switchcraft 380 plug and Van Damme XKE cable

Get just big enough to go over the plug, then it'll shrink good and tight.

That said, use Neutrik jacks. Best strain relief in the world.

Too wide for G2 loops I think, and annoyingly long - I like the compactness of these

They're only 1.8mm wider than the 380s (14.5 vs 12.7) - so probably narrower once the heatshrink is on.

Though fair on the length - even with a good length of heatshrink they'll be shorter. I thought you had space at the back of the G2?

Currently have a mini pedal and some power gubbins there.
    Would be doable probably. Hmm.

    Sorry, I'm always complicating things!
