That's a picture taken from underneath and even with the angle, that is never the body of a modern size 12/14 there.

Beauty is very subjective, but she was undoubtedly the most photogenic woman ever. 

She was a bit of a 'mare to work with apparently, drove Curtis & Lemmon nuts on Some Like It Hot.  She did have talent outside ditzy blond roles - Bus Stop, Gentlemen Prefer Blonds, The Misfits.

I thought the wisdom was that she was a well proportioned size 14/16 (and looked great on it)

I'd maybe give you not a 14, but she's almost exactly the same shape in that pic as my wife was when she was younger, and she was a 12.

Haha! One piccie can't give you a good impression (of MM) I just don't see her as a 12/14 though, she's got a nice figure and I'm not a fan of fuller figures, prefer them a bit "skinnier"

Basically she's not stick thin like a lot of them these days but she's also not a fat fucking whale like the elephants on my fb feed are that like to hold MM up as a "curves are sexy" icon, yes, some curves are sexy but there are limits....
