    It's probably the easiest part on a Tele for a DIY ageing job and if it doesn't look quite right who will see it? ;)

    Well, I tried it and went way to far. So rather than buy a new one and start over, though I might pick one up on here. Plus, I'm kind of at the end of my 'journey' with ageing this tele. Spent more time than is healthy trying to get the nitro to check, and get a dirty white/blond finish. Just want it finish now!!

    I did one with acid. Came out ace. I left it in a sealed container with an open pot of acid.
