Sincerely fucking hope so. Me colleagues off seeing them, told her I wouldn't have bothered me arse with Axl on vox. Not that he's not good, just not a fan. There's only so much degradation of a band I can face before it's not the band.

    I'm still mourning Malcolm. :(

Well possibly, but not yet - he's waiting for the hearing aids he's tried to be made smaller.

I heard a rumour the other day that there was more to this than just hearing issues....

'They' were not suggesting for a minute that Beano is unwell, just that he wasn't actually very good on his last performances....

It'll be a sad day when we're no longer able to see Angus strutting his stuff. Make the most of it.

Indeed, because we should all do what other people want instead of what we want.

I bet we'd all like to be in a position to have to make that decision. Keep on with a band that's been coining it for forty years because it's what you truly love doing, people still want to see you play and you
can, or retire and spend your shabillions.

I think if it were me, I'd keep going as long as it was still fun, and as long as people kept turning up to the gigs. Maybe the thought of hearing someone new having a go at singing the songs you've heard the same guy singing since 1980 is exciting.

That said, I totally get why people want their favourite bands to be like they were when they were at their best, not the old, fat version with half the original members dead or retired or well past their peak and Fred Sideman on guitar instead of the guy you idolized when you were twelve.

Don't talk politics and don't throw stones. Your royal highnesses.

I saw ACDC with Axl on Saturday and it was pretty awesome. Hope Brian rejoins and Axl concentrates on Guns though!

We had a great time at the London gig on Saturday. Axl made a decent job of it and Angus is still one of the most mesmerising musicians I've ever seen.

Based on the video clips I've see, Axl's a decent fit for AC/DC.

I've now heard multiple good reports about Axl at Wembley. Seems he's doing a really good job.

I've been happily with those keen to pile onto him in recent years but all credit to him for making a proper go of it.
