I realise you have 'done your research' in a manner that would make an anti-Vaxxer proud but irrespective of the web my UK comment was made because I actually know different countries have different rules for the responsibility and duties of the lawyers in those jurisdictions. Some put the lawyers first duty to their client rather than the court.

In the UK there is even an obligation to report your own client to the police for some selected offences, and also an offence for the lawyer to inform the client that they've been reported.

And the case you start the thread with is a UK decision. This thread is UK centric and you started the thread. I realise your favourite tactic is to move the goalposts but surely you didn't think that an attempt to bring in irrelevant items from other jurisdictions wouldn't be noticed? 

So once again you have made an assumption that has made you look foolish in an area of knowledge that can properly be described as highly technical.
