S Style Scratch Plate

What's Hot
Any of you clever bunnies know how to cut a clean looking slot for a 5 way switch in a S style scratch plate.
I used a rotary tool with a 2mm spiral cutting bit using one of those cheap cone shaped guide - thing ? Utilizing an old scratch plate as a guide. It doesn't look that bad, but it's a bit wide & wobbly. Any Ideas ?

Fender punch them through. If you made a sort of leather punch of the correct size and an appropriate metal jig to punch through - you're golden.

You can build an mdf jig and Dremel through it or maybe use a tele control plate. Use a Dremel router base.

I drill a small hole at each end then use a small 1/32 router bit, Dremel and Stewmac router base to join them up. I finish off by squaring the ends with a jewellers' file.
