Just for balance, I've had patchy service from them at best (either slow to deliver or out of stock after money taken) and only really shop there when I can't get it elsewhere. I actually placed an order over last weekend and just had notification today that it has shipped, that's pretty tardy in this day and age. Also, I sent them an email a day or so after placing saying that I would like to amend the order if it hadn't been shipped (it hadn't), appreciate that it was my mistake (and I couldn't make a phone call unfortunately) but don't give out an email address saying "any issues wih your order email us" and then not bother to read it, that really pisses me off.
