I went to Bourton-on-the-water once.

It was hellish. Like flying ant day for people.

Bird land is still there and it does have penguins but it's not a dedicated sanctuary

It has the model train museum so it's good in my books. I lived in Gotherington near bishops something or other for a couple of months, it was like Tory heaven

If I'd been racing rubber ducks there and was threatened with arrest, I'd have called the copper's bluff.  Imagine the publicity if the story was "twelve ARRESTED for illegal rubber duck race"  )
