    I can't see any Conservatives leaving a party that looks like it's going to be in power for a while.
    There's a lot who want to stay in the EU. A pro EU party could be popular. And I can see lots of Tories in marginal seats losing .. many Remainers will never forgive them.

    Remember, it's easier to criticise than create!

    Firstly,Tory MPs have these things called constituency party chairmen, 75% of whom were leavers. After a referendum they will all be getting told, very sternly, to respect the referendum results of their constituency chairman will see to it that they don´t keep their seat. Unless you are a big beast (IE Ken Clarke), with a long track record you will be toasted. 

    Starting a new party needs somebody with VERY deep pockets. The most sensible thing to do is for Non Corbynista Labour MPs to do a reverse takeover of the LIb Dems. (Who actually have infrastructure ect)
