answer: Always give yourself a goal. When I was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 1979 my dream was tae be well enough tae   ride again. I'm certain that helped pull me through

    And stupid. How many cancer victims had dreams yet still died?  This positive mental attitude rubbish can put a lot of pressure on cancer sufferers.
