I'm in the office with no air con and my Toyotas in the car park haemorrhaging diesel into a jug.

Stuck in the office at work. At least I have air con. I want to be out sweating on my bike for a couple of hours of countryside workout - my favourite hot day activity.

One of the few days when working from home has its real perks....

A quiet day work-wise (although, I could probably find plenty to do)

Wifi works on the patio, kids in school (last day of term), Wife working....

That was the inspiration for it actually.
We only get a couple of days a year to enjoy it like this so I'm making the most of it.

I'm just having my two trees cut down as I type, I feel proper guilty as they were beautiful trees, They were just way too big & too near the house. One was causing damage to the roof.

I'm under a huge apple tree by the pond, tab, brew, old dog in shade. Just seen a biplane and something twin-tailed go overhead. England can be fuggin beautiful on days like these (other countries also available).

I had to keep moving the bench around the tree to avoid the sun.  I nearly fell in the pond

I cycled 30 miles at midday. Now I am going to the gym for a 7.5km run. No hot chocolate, no Tigger mugs, just me, a treadmill, and a load of dripping lycra.

Yay getting fit is fun.
