I want to commission a Strat neck build

im looking for someone to build me a Strat style neck with 22 frets 
very similar to a Charvel So Cal 
(19/20mm at the nut)
like a shaved down vintage neck
but with a rosewood board and no skunk stripe,plus a regular fender style nut.
i have all the wood, truss rod,wire,dots
