    5 points @BahHumbug - really pretty melody and nicely complementary playing to the backing, great sound too
    3 points @stratman3142 - a close second, very sympathetic to the backing. Similar in idea to @BahHumbug but I preferred that ever so slightly more
    1 point @jaytmon - nice chilled, relaxed tone & playing

    Sorry @ChrisRG and @Bellycaster - liked both of them but liked the above just a bit more!

    Some interesting approaches this month.  I definitely need to try and get a bit more creative with my solos.  I thought there were great ideas and playing in all of the tracks this month but for me, the top 3 are.....

    5 points - @stratman3142.  Another really nice solo.  Great playing and tone.
    3 points - @markv - Really enjoyed the sounds and the different approach
    1 point - @Jaytmon -- Nice playing that fitted well with the backing.

    5 Points @ChrisRG , liked that melodic solo a lot, lovely feel.

    Choice between 2nd and 3rd place was tough and only comes down to Modicums, I say..... Modicums in my personal taste.

    3 Points @stratman3142 ;

    1 Points @jaytmon ;

    Not a bad one amongst them so it was difficult to leave some out.

    3 points @jaytmon Close second, lovely tone and nice note choice
    1 points @BahHumbug excellent also, the chordal stuff works really well, particularly just before the end

    @Antique_Guitars - are you going to vote? It was your backing track that inspired all these, after all!

    @Roland your vote actually came in after the deadline so if it has an effect on the overall winner I will have to discount it sorry.

  • I know voting is closed, just wanted to say that Bellycaster's tone reminded me of Eric Clapton's tone on It's In The Way That You Use It - is that a slow phaser effect?
