FS - Simon & Patrick Woodland Cedar (BIG PRICE DROP)

Hi all.  Am selling this on behalf of a mate who's upgreaded to a Taylor electro acoustic.  This was his first good acoustic, acquired about 4 years ago.  It's had plenty of use (he was a learner and pretty dedicated one - on Grade 7 now), but it's in very good nick - just some faint marks on the top.  I'd rate it 9/10.  No fret wear at all.  He also bought a decent quality hard case so he could take it on hols. 

I'm not a big acoustic player, but it knocks spots off my old Yamaha - very warm and mellow.  These solid cedar top Simon & Patricks are rated pretty highy at the price point and brand new you won't get one for much less than £400; there's one on ebay ATM for £315.  He would like £225, including the case, which I think is a good deal.  It's with me in West Sussex, or I can arrange a meet in Central London. I could also post if I can locate a suitable box.  It's currently strung with 12s (Elixirs, I reckon).  I hope these pics are good enough - done with ambient lighting on my iPad...
