PRS Phase 1 tuner swap - anyone done it?

Guys 

I am looking to swap PRS Phase 1 Winged locking tuners on an Artist 3, with a drop-in locking tuner similar to PRS PH2, without additional drilling etc. I understand from PRS that PRS PH2's are not a direct, drop-in replacement

An additional issue is that the G & D string tuners share a common retaining screw, so the original Schaller M6 base was adapted for these positions

Has anyone done the swap? What were the issues, and what components did you use?

I did this not more than a month ago,  what you want is Schaller M6 toplocking tuners - buy these, they are the exact ones I bought and are by far the cheapest you'll find these - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Schaller-7502-M6-Standard-Top-Locking-tuners-machine-heads-3x3-Chrome-10090223-/231207589275.

They fit with no modifications to the guitar whatsoever,  you are going to have file down the locating screw tabs on the shared D&G however this took no more than 5 mins with a diamond needle file.
