Cry Baby Mini - Scratchy Pot

Has anybody had an issue with their Cry Baby Mini?  They are supposed to have a Hot Potz which is sealed and good for 1 million cycles, but mine is going scratchy.  Looking inside, it is certainly not the Hot Potz available separately, so not sure if a replacement is readily available.

It is less than a year old so I'll just send it back, but slightly disappointed none-the-less, I was hoping my scratchy pot days were over (one of the reasons I'd not bothered with wah's much over the years.)

So Dawsons sent it back and the distributor sent a new one.  Great service but slightly concerned that spare pots may not be available, would have been easy to change.  But can't complain, I have a new Wah.
