My Hotmail/Outlook Got Hacked

It started last week, when I logged in another screen would flash up asking for a "security code".  The real kicker was trying to contact anybody there for support/help.  There is none.  I called a number I got from a google search that appeared to be a Hotmail support line, they directed me to a scuz bag outfit called "Omni Tech Support" that wanted $399.00US to "fix" the problem.  A quick search showed that they are a scamming website of hackers and basically, my e-mail account is gone.  My log in password no longer works and there is no support what so ever because it is a free service.  I have updated my email info here, and everywhere else online, with a gmail account.
