    I didnt love the ES2. Its an odd shape and the tap tempo forgets where you set it. Also why a fader for the time? Fader for levels is at least intuitive...

  • Yeah, the dm2w is ace.  I did the same as you're wanting to and got one for a small board. I've had so much fun running into a Vox Pathfinder and an old Marshall SS combo together. I imagine with your kit it will sound lovely.

    I have an ES-2 - I love the tone and found the slider fairly intuitive

    Another happy DM-2W user here. The only thing I'd say is that I mostly use mine for shorter delay times - 400ms or less - and at the longest settings a bit of analogy noise creeps in so it depends how comfortable you are with that.
