  • The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.

Firstly, I have exercised my admin powers so that the above "bumps" don't have any bump effect, and neither will this comment.

Secondly - and this is just an observation really rather than a modmin intervention - bumping a thread by dropping the price by £5/day has two effects.
    1. If I'm not interested in buying the item, seeing the thread bumped is just an annoyance and it is really piss-taking of the rules.
    2. If I am interested in buying it, I'll maybe wait until tomorrow, or the day after, when it'll probably be £5 or £10 cheaper.
Or perhaps I'll just make a cheeky cheapo offer because the seller is obviously desperate to sell.
But if @adamross you want to continue dropping the price daily, just update the OP, there's no need to bump the thread with an additional comment repeating what you've done.
Having trouble posting images here?  This might help.
