LP Studio Truss Rod Tool...?

Need to start giving my Les Paul Studio some TLC so I can get it back up to gigging condition.. Think I'll need a tool for truss rod adjustment.. What exactly is it I need and what is the best one to buy and where from?

It will probably be one of these:

Not sure what size you need though.  Google should tell you.

I use my socket set on Gibsons

It's a 5/16" box spanner.

You can get one from Allparts.

Don't be tempted to use the supposed metric equivalent (8mm).

You must have some very thin sockets, I've never managed to get even a 1/4" drive into the slot.

This. I have tried a socket set and it is a bodge that will end up damaging the truss rod nut/ cavity if I keep poking about in there with a tool that isn't the right size....Oh DO stop sniggering at the back there....
