Fancied a humbucker sized Filtertron in my SG.  Guessing there will be a massive output difference between the two?! Anyone have experience?

There will but some might need or want that difference - but you could drop the height down of the humbucker - or look at The TV Jones Power Tron version with an extra ounce of juice in it

Mojotron Extra is equivalent to TVJ Classic+ which is up in the mediumish hot bucker range, 8k ish plus mag twice the height.

Yup. What @Bill said. TV Jones also make humbucker sized Filtertrons.  Powertron is also good, but getting more toward PAF tones.  

Classic plus is my all time favourite pickup.
