Advice on a first guitar for a 5 year old please

    agree with @robgilmo above - looks wide to me - I've not played one - take the 5 year old with you and see if they can reach the thicker low strings (Bottom E) when they sit down and hold it  correctly - personally I'd go to a proper music shop and get some help and advice from them on a good size - a proper 1/2 classical is designed for a 5-7 year old - cock it up now and you might destroy any potential for ever

    Both my lads went with the half size classical which think way to go if they going to do lessons with their mates, eldest now 11 and would rather play his 3/4 purple £20 acoustic than any my guitars, wise beyond his years unlike his dad:)
